Baiona → Vigo

A coastal stage bordering the Vigo estuary, one of the most impressive in Galicia. The path leaves Baiona via Ladeira beach and climbs Monte Silleiro with panoramic views of the Cíes Islands (National Park, the «islands of the gods»). You descend toward Panxón and its Templar church, continuing through Nigrán and its white sand beaches. The entry into Vigo is through Samil, with its seafront promenade. Vigo is Galicia largest city, with excellent seafood gastronomy.
